UV coating is an economical way to add depth, clarity, and durability to any print job. We use high quality UV coatings that give a high gloss or matte finish over a variety of inks and substrates. It is designed to produce an even and fast curing film that allows for quick turnaround times and an even, defect-free surface. The coating has excellent flexibility, adhesion properties, gloss depth and clarity. As an added value to your environmentally conscience customers, UV coating is also environmentally safe. It does not produce VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

    Our UV coating department has an off-line Harris Press. We are able to run stock as small as 13″ x 19″ and up to 36″ x 49.5″. Our coater produces a smooth even application. Our common coatings are both high gloss and matte finishes. We are able to do pattern knock outs and flood coatings on this machines. We are happy to office quotes on special coatings and brands!
